Dr. Thomas Beck Dr. Thomas Beck is a managing director at Vector Informatik GmbH and at Vector Consulting Services GmbH. He is working with companies on implementing solutions and introducing tools for product life cycle management. Following an engineering degree and Doctorate in electrical engineering at University of Stuttgart he had different functions with ETAS and Bosch. From 1997 to 2000 he was CEO of the ETAS group. His publications and lectures periodically contribute and lead advances towards practice-driven usage of tools and processes for an efficient product life cycle management.

Dr. Christof Ebert Dr. Christof Ebert is a managing director at Vector Consulting Services GmbH. He is helping clients worldwide to improve product development. Prior to that, he held engineering and management positions at Alcatel for more than a decade, most recently as Director of RD&E. His contributions to objective-driven process improvement have influenced numerous companies and current assessment methodologies. A senior member of IEEE, Dr. Ebert authored several books and serves as a frequent keynote speaker at conferences.

Dr. Dieter Lederer Dr. Dieter Lederer is a managing director at Vector Consulting Services GmbH. He is consulting with companies of different industries in optimizing technical product development and the underlying processes, as well as implementing change programs. Before that he was with Robert Bosch GmbH in engineering of engine control systems. He studied electrical engineering at the University of Erlangen and obtained a doctorate in the same field at the TU Berlin. Dr. Lederer publishes regularly on process improvement, usage of maturity models and organizational change management. He is an SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser.
