Vocational Trainees

We have made a point of joining the "Fair Company"
campaign, because we do not wish to replace any full-time positions using vocational trainees, we rather consider trainee positions first and foremost as a way to provide career orientation during your educational phase. What we offer you is an opportunity to work on a dynamic and committed team. Besides learning about daily operations at the company, you will be able to independently take charge of concrete projects. Naturally, you will be supported by experienced co-workers. Individually negotiated agreements on your objectives and a follow-up meeting are designed to give you feedback on your personal progress.

During your training period you will have a chance to gain valuable insights into the overall company structure and learn about various business areas and departments. You will soon notice that at Vector the brainwork comes with a ‘fun factor’!

Take the initiative and apply now, indicating the type and area of specialization for your (mandatory) vocational training as well as the desired time period (from 4 to 6 months). We look forward to meeting with you!
